On Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at approximately 11:00 PM, Mesa Police responded to 1142 N. April #A in reference to a report of shots fired. When officers arrived they found David “Reeko” Cruz dead in his residence. Three black males were seen fleeing the area in a
dark colored sedan.
