On Monday, October 1, 2007 at 6: 45 a.m. the victim was injured in an alley near the fire station at 368 West Apache Street. The victim knocked on the front door of the fire station, fire fighters answered the door and discovered that the victim had been injured. The victim was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
