Felony Theft / 825 East Apache Blvd, Tempe

Crime Information:

On Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 09:44 a.m., the suspect vehicle was driving southbound on Rural Rd then turned around, entered the Chevron lot and parked next to the backflow device. Using the vehicle as a shield with the hood propped open, suspect #1 proceeded to kick the backflow device until it broke underground. The suspects stole the backflow device, entered the vehicle, and drove off southbound on Rural Rd toward Broadway Rd.

Suspect #1: Black Male, 5'10", dark afro, black hoodie with light colored star shaped logo on the front Suspect #2: Black male, 5’10”, dark hair in a ponytail, dark goatee, wearing a white t-shirt, black sweatpants, white socks and black sandals
