At night, between Thursday, February 7, 2019 and Saturday, February 9, 2019 an unknown suspect attempted to light City of Phoenix Planning and Development vehicles on fire by igniting cloth strips stuffed into the gas tank filler necks of the vehicles. The attempts resulted in minimal damage.
