On Monday, March 2, 2020, a white neutered male Poodle type dog was found in the area of 3500 W. Van Buren St. in Phoenix. The dog was found with injuries to the face and x-rays showed the dog had metal pellets in the wounds. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this incident.
